Chief Executive Officer
In April 2017 Beryce became the CEO of Exceed Learning Partnership . Throughout her extensive teaching career, she has developed a wealth of experience and is highly rgarded within the education sector. Very early on Beryce became Literacy and Numeracy specialist and recognised the need for significant change. In 2012 she was appointed as a National Leader of Education, supporting a number of schools with wide-ranging circumstances from Local Authority or Ofsted categories. Beryce has also led on the pilot for ‘Extended Schools’ which was recognised both Locally and Nationally as the model of excellence.
As CEO for the trust Beryce undertook the Cambridge Education Programme to consolidate her knowledge for business functions and operations within a MAT and she is also the lead on school–to school support for Partners in Learning.
Beryce is very passionate about learning pedagogy and believes that ‘every child has the potential to succeed’ as long as schools provide the right provision, support and challenge to enable them to do so and feels that through collaboration more can be achieved to meet the needs of all young learners.
Out of work, Beryce is a mum of two and enjoys spending time with her family.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Chris became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Exceed in September 2020. In addition to his role as one of the trust's principals, he has built up significant experience as a senior leader of schools in several local authorities. Chris is an advocate of teacher and leadership development. Chris believes passionately in tackling disadvantage by providing pupils with educational excellence and opportunities that ignite aspiration.
Outside of education, Chris is a proud father and avid football fan.

Chief Operating Officer
Andy joined Exceed Learning Partnership as Chief Operating Officer in January 2021 after previously being on the Board of Directors at the Trust and a Governor in one of our academies.
In his role as COO, Andy is responsible for developing and delivering the business and operations strategy, ensuring young people are the forefront of every decision made.
Andy has successful track record in setting up and growing high performing organisations through a passion for quality, service and pragmatic strategic decision making. He has experience across the commercial, strategic and operational side of organisations. Over the last decade he has achieved high standards of performance, in both large and small organisations, including guiding organisations through complex acquisitions and restructures.
Andy has a passion for supporting young people, communities and making a difference, ensuring every child has every chance, every day.
Out of work, family is at the centre of everything, with Andy being kept busy by his son Ollie and his wife Kasia. In addition to this Andy is a keen sports fan, and a passionate Grimsby Town supporter.

Chief Finance Officer
Lindsey joined Exceed Learning Partnership in 2019 as Chief Finance Officer.
Lindsey qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2007 and prior to joining Exceed worked in practice, specialising in the academy sector and managing a portfolio of academy schools.
Lindsey oversees the finance function within the Trust, providing strategic leadership alongside Principals, Business Managers and the Executive Leadership Team. She has primary responsibility for managing the company's finances, financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping and financial reporting.
Outside of work Lindsey enjoys spending time with her young family, with long walks in the countryside with the family dog a particular favourite.

Trust Finance Officer
Katy started her career at Rotherham MBC within the School Advisory Service back in 2000. Over time the role evolved and she qualified as an Association of Accounting Technician.
Katy has extensive experience in Educational Local Government through supporting numerous schools as a Senior Schools Finance Officer.
Katy took on the role as a School Business Manager in September 2013 and completed the Diploma for School Business Manager. Her experience covers working as an SBM at both Primary and Secondary level including an All-through Academy in Sheffield.
Katy works with the Chief Finance Officer to deliver all aspects of financial support across the organisation, supporting both Trust central colleagues as well as providing financial advice, guidance and training for staff in our academies.
Out of work Katy is kept busy as a mum of two. Usually, she's found at the side of a football pitch watching her son play or getting her steps in whilst out shopping with her daughter. She is also Treasurer of a local Junior football club and in her spare time she enjoys a good family holiday.

Business Support Officer
Lorraine joined Exceed Learning Partnership in December 2018 after working in secondary education for 15 years in the post of Business and HR Manager.
Lorraine’s role here at Exceed is to deliver operational support across the organisation, supporting both the Trust Central Team and providing related advice, guidance and training to staff and governors in our academies.
The key elements of her role is to ensure the academies meet legal, compliance and corporate policy standards in Health and Safety, Risk Management, Asset Management, Business continuity and GDPR. Lorraine is also the Health and Well-being lead for the Trust.
Lorraine is married to John and proud mum to Katy who is studying at Lincoln University towards her ambition to be an Environmental Engineer and Mitch who is serving in the Royal Navy on HMS Queen Elizabeth. In her spare time Lorraine is the Club Secretary and Safeguarding Officer for the Doncaster Scuba Diving Club and a community volunteer in Tickhill.

Personal Assistant to the CEO
Janine has worked for Exceed Learning Partnership since it incorporated in 2017. Prior to her current role she was employed at Hill Top for 12 years, initially starting out as an administrator before progressing to the role of Office Manager.
From an early age Janine knew she wanted to help children in some way, and feels very privileged that she has been able to achieve this with her role at the Trust. been able to achieve this.
Janine is proud to be a member of Exceed Learning Partnership and thoroughly enjoys her role as Personal Assistant to Beryce Nixon, CEO of the Trust; She has now worked alongside her for many, many years.
In her spare time Janine enjoys spending time with family, friends and walking the dog. Janine also loves to swim, even more so whilst on holiday!

Clerk to the Board
Victoria is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clerk, providing support, advice and guidance on governance and constitutional procedural matters to the CEO, COO, Board of Directors and Local Governing Bodies. Victoria is in charge of the administration of governance meetings, including preparing focused agendas for both Directors, Members, LGB and Committee meetings.
She ensures that the Governing Body is correctly constituted and is responsible for the membership of the board, maintaining the terms of office documentation for all directors and governors in accordance with legal requirements.
When not at work, Victoria loves to spend time with her partner and 2 children and enjoys running when she can. In addition to this, Victoria’s son is a keen footballer, with many weekends taken up cheering him up on from the sidelines.
